I bought the chain but also bought a "Quartz" pendant. I may be a little entrusting so when I heat tested the pendant it showed cracks and deformities. Quartz only blackens under heat, and does not crack. I don't know what this pendant is but it certainly is not Quartz. I followed up with a complaint email that has not been replied to. The chain is only a chain and is fine!

Never recieved the chain. Tried many times to contact . No response
I need more of these. This chain is strong. I have no worries about accidentally catching it and breaking. I can also thread various pieces into it making it very versatile. This is a trustworthy chain which feels good and looks good.
